sorry to ask but...how do i achieve registered PerfectTunes

I downloaded the PerfectTunes software from the confirmation email ref. purchase of PerfectTunes , this installs only an UNregistered version, despite repeating the process maybe 5 times I still have Unregistered PerfectTunes with limited functionality - anyone know how to resolve this issue thanks ?
