Thanks for the bug report.
Before we get to fix this, you can install R6.2 trial over R6.3 registered and get R6.2 registered; the registered status sticks if you don't uninstall the old version.
In order to generate debug information for me to look into:
Reinstall Asset R6.3, go to settings, enable debug logging.
Restart Asset instance a few times from the main page, wait a few minutes.
Export configuration dump (will include any generated logs) and email to
peter@dbpoweramp.com for analysis. Normal dump is enough, complete might turn up very large.
