Transferring FLAC file to Personal Audio Player

Hi, I have transferred a FLAC file to Astell and Kern Kann after using CD Ripper. Annoyingly it has duplicated Windows Media Audio file aswell so I have one FLAC song followed by the same WMA song...

What duplicated the WMA file? when did it appear, when ripping, or after transfer?
