Metadata issues

On ripping a cd to flac on my NAS, version 16.6; the CD starts to rip OK and the Taskbar icon is green, then the CD stops and starts again and the taskbar icon goes red, after ripping the pop up screen says "metadata failed to load for track X" gone back to version 16.4 and everything is fine?
Anyone have this issue or know the reason for it? TIA.

Is there a copy to clipboard option on the page? if so copy the message to clipboard and paste here please. If not post a screenshot please.
