Disable 4k padding

Can y'all add a option to not used 4k padding for flac?

This feature is quite important, as it allows tag modifications without the need to rewrite the whole flac file. If on average a flac file is 20,000KB then 4KB represents: 0.02% of the file, nothing really.

Isn't the default block size for Windows NTFS 4k too?
