Metadata in dBPowerAmp CD Ripper, but not in Batch Ripper? PerfectMeta?

Hello, wondering why metadata shows up when I insert discs into CD drive and use the dBPowerAmp CD Ripper, but same disc metadata doesn't populate when using our Nimbie autoloader and dBPowerAmp Batch Ripper.

Also, I thought PerfectMeta queried SonatadB (classical database). When I go to the Batch Ripper meta provider options, SonatadB is not there, nor is it present in the CD Ripper "retrieve metadata from..." dropdown. Using software version 16.5

    Thank you

Sonata is in CD Ripper, it is supplied through GD3.

GD3 is pay per disc in batch ripper, but sonata is not available in Batch Ripper, even with GD3.

I've had several discs abort due to missing meta. I pop them into Windows Media Player and it comes up with meta with no problem. Occasionally the CD Ripper will pick them up even if they were missed in the Batch Ripper, but some don't.

I'm a little disappointed given one of the big features was supposed to be multiple meta sources.

    Am I missing something?

Have you bought GD3 lookups? if you have then Batch Ripper will act similar to CD Ripper.

Ah, that explains a lot. How do I buy GD3 lookups? I looked on the Batch Ripper page and on the Buy page but did not see anything obvious.

    Thanks,
    Dennis

    Batch Ripper >> Metadata button >> GD3

there is an option to register and purchase lookups.
