Question trouble with m3u files including umlauts (ä,ö,ü) and special characters (ß,..)

    Dear Asset UPnP Community

I have some trouble with M3U-Files. For some reason Asset 6 UPnP cannot play tracks in that playlist with umlauts (ä, ö, ü) and special characters.

    *EXTM3U
*EXTINF:322,Here She Comes Again (ft. Jamie Irrepressible) - Röyksopp
/share/musik/Röyksopp/Röyksopp - The Inevitable End (2014)/08. here she comes again (ft. jamie irrepressible).mp3
    ...

Strangely it is no problem to play the same track / the same artist via Asset 6 UPnP menu.

I can reproduce this behavior on two different devices (receivers from Pioneer an Yamaha). I stream my music from a NAS (QNAP TS-419P II).
I already tried to replace all umlauts via converter (http://www.z1-web.de/Webmaster-Tools...L-konvertieren) - no change for the better.

So what's wrong on my playlist?

    Best Regards,
    Marcus.

m3u cannot contain those characters, instead you need a m3u8 which is UTF-8 encoded.
