Atrac Codec??

I was wondering if there was an "Atrac" or "Atrac 3" codec available for use with dBPowerAmp converter. If not, is there a possibility of developing one. This is a codec for some portable Audio devices such as the Sony Mini Disc line.

For "ATRAC 3" download http://www.minidisc.org/atrac3.zip
unpack the files, right-click on atrac3.inf, select "Install". Then open DMC, select "Wave" as output Format, select "Compressed", click "Change Format" button, select ATRAC3 from dropdown-box.
I don't know if there is a way to use "ATRAC" with DMC. Perhaps there is a similar way.
