How to add or change a signature for posting

Hi dBpa forum members,

could anybody please be so kind and describe how to add a signature to the postings.
I tried to find in the user settings but didn't find it, so I gave up after some time.
I'm sure it's just not more than three clicks (if you know it). :-)
Each advice is very appreciated.

It is disabled as it was being used too much for spam links.
