I've had no issues with metadata retrieval in CD Ripper until today when I upgraded from 16.2 to 16.6. Now it won't bring back any data at all. I tried reinstalling and turning the internet option on and off. What could be going wrong here? Thanks.

Yes. I have a license. I got my order number, entered it, and downloaded the software.
If you are getting no metadata, then it suggests that you have a firewall which is blocking dBpoweramp from accessing the internet. Even our free version will always return track data.

I turned off the firewall and tried again. Still no data.
Try starting Windows in safe mode, this will ensure that nothing else is loaded which can block CD Ripper.

Sorry, it took some time to arrange to do this. Starting in Safe Mode with Networking did not change anything, it still won't retrieve any data. I also trying uninstalling and installing the software again. This also didn't work. I want to be able to use the software I purchased from you. Thanks.
