Can Video Converter convert .TiVo files?

Is Video Converter able to convert .TiVO files to MP4 or some other format that could be played on any computer? I have about 30 programs that I transferred from my TiVo to my Windows PC using the free TiVo Desktop software which is no longer supported by TiVo. I have never been able to find a program that could convert the .TiVo files to another format. I can watch the .TiVo videos on the PC that has the TiVo Desktop server software running and the videos open in Windows Media Player. It would be interesting to know if this is possible before I purchase Video Converter. I'm a long time user of dBpoweramp, CD Ripper, etc. Thank you for your assistance.

Bummer, what's the deal with .TiVo files. Nothing can convert them to MP4, etc.
