can AccurateRip give more detail on corrupted files?
I bought PerfectTUNES and I ran AccurateRip. It tells me I have many corrupted files but the first one I tried plays through completely. The next one plays through completely. Can AccurateRip tell me in what way the file is corrupted?

It is likely your mp3 is fine for most players, being free format it is a non-standard mp3 format.

Oh I had no idea! I have the full Refrence R16 as well what do I need to do to "fix" all 11k of these files?

I would leave them as is, unless causing problems, you would have to re-encode them which is not really recommended from mp3 >> mp3.
