Regarding Multi-Encoder to FLAC and 320kbps

OK,

I want to be able to rip to 320kbps to FLAC to separate folders. Does this happen simultaneously when multi-encoder is selected? I am not sure I am doing this right. I have three separate profiles. One FLAC set to Flac encoder, , 320kbps set to mp3 encoder, and 320kbps and FLAC set to multi-encoder.
