How can I fix Edit ID Tag in Windows integration or access it directly

Recently, Window integration with Edit-ID tag ceased working. When I right mouse on a music file, I get a busy spinning icon that never completes, i.e. it will run all night. I don't need the integration, but I would very much like to use Edit ID Tag. How can I repair it or access it directly. I am using version 13 and Windows 10 and it worked in the past. I tried uninstalling using Windows Programs, but the uninstaller did not work. I then just did a new installation and it seemed to uninstall and re-install, but integration of Edit ID Tag still does not work. Thanks in advance.

Reinstall, then uninstall, find out what is causing the hour glass, if dBpoweramp is uninstalled then it is not dBpoweramp.

Consider updating to R16, much as been improved in the last 10 years.
