    Changing FLAC settings for ripper

Where do I change bit depth and sample rates for cd ripping to FLAC in the trial version? All I see is the quality level option (0, 1, 2, etc.)

In the center section at bottom of ripper page, click on DSP tab, then add DSP. You'll see the DSP for bit depth, etc.
p.s. Do keep in mind that a ripped file from a CD is 16/44.1. Nothing you can do will change that. You can convert it to something like 24/192, but that simply makes the file larger by adding a bunch of zeros, it doesn't change the underlying audio (by somehow converting the 16/44.1 file into a high-res file).
