I thought maybe your installer wasn't compatible with Windows XP anymore, but yet other new codecs do install, such as AAC release 7, WavPack release 13, and Opus release 7. Any advice?

I figured out the problem: These two files have to be named as they exist on your server. I typically rename codec files to be more descriptive with version and release numbers. Apparently, the Windows XP installer doesn't like that. I occasionally have this problem with installations, but only with Windows XP and not newer Windows versions.
