Total tracks number in separate tag?

Hi Spoon /dBpa team,

I was wondering if a future release could include a separate tag field for total number of tracks rather than having this tag with each track number tag?

At present it’s done as “1/10” for instance but (as an example) in iTunes I can highlight a selection of tracks and add the total number of tracks for those in one go.

Please let me know if not clear and I will try to explain further.

what format files are you creating. On my FLAC files, the track total is in a separate tag.

in mp3 tag you can do Convert -> Tag-Tag

Format String: $regexp(%track%,'^(\d+)(/\d+.)?$','$1')
