failed converting flac file from 96/24 to 44.1/16

I recently purchased an album on hdtracks in FLAC 96/24 format and need to convert it to 44.1/16 to be able the read the files on Sonos.
I always received a conversion error. I am donig the same conversion with other HD flac files with no problems, but this Particular Album cannot be converted.
I tried on 2 different pc under widows 10 same issue.
I attached the debug file hoping you can tell me what's wrong.
    thanks

The issue here is the flac file contains an album art of 19MB. The flac library will not accept any ID tags greater than 16MB. Edit the tags of this file (right click >> edit id tags >> . . . (next to album art) resize art to maximum 1000x1000 then click ok.

Or use the DSP effect ID Tag processing to do the same whilst converting.
