How to update my dBpoweramp version

1) I'm using a 16.2 version dBpoweramp, how can I update to version 16.5? I used to click "Update to Release 16.5" on dBpoweramp control panel but I can't find version 16.5 can be downloaded there.

2) What are the main difference between version 16.5 and 16.2? Any new features in 16.5? I only use CD Ripper.
