New HDD Coy for Car - mixed Source formats

Hi

I have a music library that is a combination of ALAC and MP3 - about 35,000 music files

What i want to do is make a copy of this onto a new HDD to use in the car - I want to convert the ALAC files into AAC VBR and just copy the MP3 files

Is there a simple way to achieve this using the Batch Converter?
