Files from iTunes into same format as ripped CD.

I have a couple of albums bought from iTunes in the days when I had an iPhone. I managed to get the files onto my computer and I can convert them ok using Batch Converter. But how do I get then get the flac files into the same software as the CD ripper uses? I want them in that software so I can add the album art and titles etc. Any advice please/

Right-click on the flac files and select Edit ID-Tag from the context menu.

It might be a good idea to start reading the help documentation:
    Windows Help
    Apple OS X Help

What did you convert the iTunes albums to? I presume you bought them as m4a? You're best bet would be to convert them to mp3. flac is a lossless codec, so converting a lossy source to flac is, well, an odd thing to do.

why convert them at all. m4a files are playable on most players, and you can edit tags, etc.
