same converted mp3 bitrate as source?

    Hello!
I have a folder with few thousands mp3 files with different bitrate.
The goal is to to convert these files and change only one parameter: from "Joint stereo" to "Forced stereo". And save all other params as in source files.
Is there some way to do this?
    I'm using encoder LAME.

Not with dBpoweramp. Also creating forced stereo from Joint stereo makes little sense (unless your player cannot play joint stereo), because you effectively still have joint stereo which is saved as forced stereo.

Perhaps you should consider changing your player?

this will cause changing my car) because it's stock multimedia system used to control a lot of other functions. And i don't like custom solutions because of estetic and usability reasons.

To maintain best quality you would not match the bitrate, because quality is lost each time converting to mp3, so:

            128 kbps mp3 >> 128 kbps mp3 will have less quality than 128 kbps mp3 >> 256 kbps mp3

However it is better to rip your music into lossless on your computer and create the mp3 library from the lossless.
