    Purchased wrong version of Asset

    Hi,

    I've purchased the wrong version of Asset, I wanted QNAP and not Windows- my fault entirely. I've not downloaded it at all.
    I've now purchased the correct version - is it possible to get a refund on the Windows invoice ?
