New download and install

I Just purchased the video convertor and installed it. I installed all the codecs but after i converted .wmv to .mp4 all I get is music, no video. Help me.

When you right click on file >> Convert To

it says 'dBpoweramp Video Converter'? or 'dBpoweramp Music Converter'?
