Medieval Cue Splitter headache

Evening:

I've used Medieval Cue Splitter before and thought it did an excellent job. Now, however, it will only split/convert 1...maybe 2 songs off the .cue. Pretty sure I did everything as I'd done before. Anyone able to tell me what I may/may not be doing incorrectly?
