How do I listen to my ripped flac files in itunes?

I just downloaded the dBpoweramp application and ripped my first CD. I found the FLAC files in my itunes file but they don't appear in my itunes library and I cannot listen to them. Is there a way that once you rip the CD's they automatically appear in my itunes library?

Currently, iTunes does not support the flac file format.
