Output to Existing source folder(s) not working

Hi,

Whenever I right click on a file and wish to convert it i wish to get the new file in the same folder. However if I select the option Existing source folders the software doesn't accept this. Does anyone know how this can be solved?

Please can you elaborate, e.g. do you get an error message? Are you using the trial version of the software?
