FUA Cache Clearing

Hi:

I have two external CD/DVD burners. On one of them (LG), testing for FUA Cache Clearing yields a positive result and a check in the FUA box. But on my other burner (Samsung), it just hangs when I perform the same test for FUA. I had to exit the app. Any ideas why the program is hanging?

The drive is likely not compatible, and the drive is hanging the system.
