First track of each CD is usually "inaccurate"

I'm using dbPoweramp v. 16 for Mac to rip CDs to FLAC. The first track of each CD rips to a FLAC file, but it's usually labeled "inaccurate," whereas every other track on all CDs is "accurate."
I can employ no special settings when ripping to FLAC.
Is this "inaccurate" designation anything to worry about?
If so, what should I do to remedy it?

Try the option 'Spin up time' set to the maximum allowed. (is on the CD Ripper options page).

That option is set to "(none)," but it's grayed out until I insert a disc. I didn't know that inserting a disc enabled it, so I'd never been able to set its value. However, changing it to "4 seconds" seems to have given accurate first-track ripping. Thanks!
Likewise, Ripping Speed, Spin-down After, and "Read into Lead-in or Lead-out" are also grayed out. Any idea why that might be?

They are not supported by your drive.

    Aha. Makes sense. Thanks again.
