Metadata not showing up for recent releases

I've noticed that the CD ripper is not pulling data for recent releases, even though they are definitely officially out and even show up on Discogs (which is one of the databases that dbPoweramp pulls from). Why is this happening? Why isn't Discogs pulling the data through the CD ripper, even though I see they have all the data on the Discogs site?

Discogs has no TOC >> result lookup, so relies on the other providers to enable the search.

So, do you have any solutions/answers to getting metadata for recent releases? It seems like if something is officially released, dbPoweramp should be able to pull the metadata....

The metadata will appear in GD3 or Musicbrainz shortly, sometimes it can take a few weeks. Freedb is run by user submissions, you could type the values into CD Ripper and then submit those values to freedb where everyone who uses freedb can benefit from it.
