    Question Unable to download registered product, tech advice needed

    I purchased registered product on 16 Sept 2017 and using it quite happily until recently on my desktop PC which then had a problem and hard drive had to be formatted, windows reinstalled. I am now trying to rebuild things but after 3 unsuccessful attempt to install db poweramp using my registration retrieval it's not installing. I have run out of ideas. I installed it on my laptop while desktop was repaired and uninstalled it from the laptop. Any helpful suggestions?

    Please can you tell us the error message you are getting, when attempting to install?

    No error message. I have worked out what it is. I have Comodo antivirus and it is blocking the install. Problem solved.
