Unable to install Monkeys v4.34 codec.

When I try to install this, Release 13 (Monkeys v4.34), on dMC-R16.4, I get this error message.
"Unable to extract a file from install, possibly your security software is blocking the install."
I'm using Windows Defender.

It installs & converts, but does not write tags.
