    very slowly

Hi everybody, dBp is very slowly, when a CD has more than one track. A CD with about 60 min music-file last about 2 minitues, when it is only one track. 60 minutes in 11 tracks last about 31 minutes. What can I do to get this faster?

    Hey weixel,

the ripping speed is not a question of the number of tracks. It is the drive itself which reduces the ripping speed, if the drive has problems to read the audio data or errors occur.

If I have a CD with 60 minutes playing time and the individual contributions are combined in one track, the conversion takes about 2 minutes. If I have a 60-minute CD but consist of several tracks, the conversion takes about 31 minutes. This difference always exists, regardless of the quality of the CD.
