I presume that you've installed Asset Release 6 (is this correct?).

Can you please install the latest beta version from https://forum.dbpoweramp.com/showthr...-for-Mac-Linux ?
Hi Peter. I've only just noticed your reply, for some reason. Apologies.

I have downloaded and installed Asset 6, and although it appears on the NAS web interface as an app my media controller (ie NDX iPad app) cannot "see" it. Unlike the Minimserer app on the NAS, which the NDX can see and access.

When I get home tonight, I'll try the latest Beta version that you linked to.

I'm also having the same problem with a TS-128A trying to install asset on it, i have downloaded the trial version into app centre but when i open it I get failed to open page.

Also tried the latest Beta but get the same problem.

Yes, however a faulty download installer file wont run.

    Thanks for your feedback.
It would appear that TS-128A - a new model of QNAP NAS - is currently incompatible with Asset.
We're purchasing one to investigate the incompatibility, most likely related to the 64-bit ARM architecture of the processor.
A fixed version of Asset will be made available shortly.

That is disappointing, but it is at least a relief to know that I have found the reason (and hopefully the cure)! Thank you.

Are you able to say when the new compatible version will be available to download (approximately)? A day or two? A month or three?

If all goes well it will be around 3 weeks.

    New beta version posted-
    https://forum.dbpoweramp.com/showthr...-for-Mac-Linux

Support for QNAP TS-128A has been added and verified working on my unit.
Do not be concerned about the 'beta' status, it should be as good as stable - we postponed the stable update mainly to get the fix for the new QNAP models in.
