dbpoweramp cd ripper (do not answer)

hi,
I got this message when I want to rip a cd. (dbpoweramp cd ripper (do not answer))
the number of track is good, but no metadata display.
I have to click on "metadata button" to retrieve the cd data.( takes 60s)
never before..
what can I do ?
I already reinstall twice the ripper. no success.

What is your security software? has it blocked CD Ripper from accessing the internet?

my security sofware is "Microsoft security essentials"
is was OK before.
maybe the last update ?
I don't know if it blocked the internet access, but I have to press the metadata button to retrieve the cd data.
