    dBpoweramp and Snow Leopard

    Hi,

After many years as a windows user I moved to a Mac Powerbook as my primary home computer last fall. I bought the Mac version but forgot I don't have a cdrom drive. I do have an older Mac Mini from when they did have cdrom drives, formerly used for a ProTools based home studio, that I resurrected as a media server. Tried to install dBpoweramp but it failed as the current version will not run under Snow Leopard. I looked but couldn't locate an older version for download. Does a Snow Leopard compatible version exist and if so could I get a link to download. I have accumulated a pile of music CDs to add to my NAS.

    Thank you!

    Roger

There is no version for this version of OS X, the best bet would be to get a USB CD drive for the powerbook.

    Hi Spoon,

I was afraid of that. Thanks!
