Mac R16.2 : transform "year" tag to "year-[Hi-Res]"
Hi all,
What I'd like to do is said in the subject. I've googled a few hours with no luck :(
In batch converter, I'd like "year" (or %year% ???) to change (for ALL my files) to, for example : 2001-[Hi-Res] :
Change "Noir Desir-2001-Des Visages Des Figures" -> [artist]-[album]-[track]-[title]
To
"Noir Desir-2001-[Hi-Res]-Des Visage Des Figures"
I just need your help !
Thanks in advance,
Eric

You want to change the Year tag to hold -[Hi-Res], or the filename to include Year and this extra text?

Which format are your audio files? many tagging formats (such as mp3) cannot hold non-numbers in the year.

Why not simply add a new tag to your hi-resolution flac files, e.g %hi-res%, populated with [Hi-Res]? Then you could combine the 2 tags e.g. %year%-%hi-res%?
