Is there a Complete Help File?

I need to learn how this program does:

    1. Cutting, Trimming & Cropping (I need to select short 10-15 minute segments of 4-8 hour MP3 files & save separately). I could have sworn I saw that option before purchase, I can't find it now. If I have to, I can use Nero for the trimming, but it would be great to do this entire project with 1 program.

    2. Audio Compression/Normalization

    3 Tagging

Is there corporate support here, or do we just help each other?

There is a utility codec called length split, see codec central if using Windows.

Suggestion: To make DB a true all in one, a graphic split/editor timeline would be awesome (see nero for an easy to use implementation)

Does length split work with 24 bit? That's a tool I don't currently have in my arsenal.

Spoon, thank you for all of your answers.

    Another question:

I am finding the project I bought DB for is way more time consuming that I expected, due to huge file size. Is there any setting in the program that I am missing where I can select that DB will have absolute highest priority of CPU usage? I'm on an older quad core if that helps.

Currently it seems to be using all 4 cores, but only a small percentage of each core. I've shut down everything I can in task manager already.

    Thanks!

It is likely the bottle-neck is not the CPU but the storage.
