Question CD upsampling directly to FLAC files; How?

Hallo, I'm a beginner from Japan. Sorry not good at english conversation.
I'm trying to get upsampled music files directly from CD.

    Is there any diiference?
    1. (On CD Ripper)Rip to FLAC + DSP: resmple 96KHz + Bit Depth 24bit
    2. (On CD Ripper)Rip to WAV: 96KHz 24bit &*8594; Then(On Music Converter) converting to FLAC

    Hey Moarin,

FLAC and WAV are lossless codecs which can be converted back and forth with no loss of audio Information. So there is no difference at all.

But please keep in mind, that ist does make no sense to upsample a rip of an Audio CD. You only get bigger files, but no increase in sound quality.
