Trying to update to r16.4 - but keep on getting an error-message that "ReplayGain.ico" disk may be full !!!

How much free disk space is there on your C: drive?

... also, what security/anti-virus software are you running?

My c: drive is 1TB in size. Only 1/4 of the disk being used right now.

As you probably assume right - something about the security/anti-virus SW that might be causing the issue. Using bitdefender total security

Tried deactivating the SW temporarily - still unable to install successfully. Might try to install by starting up system in safe mode.

If you just wonder if dBpa will work on Win8.1, why don't you try the free trial version?
