    CD Ripper Issues

    Hello,

I have recently downloaded dbpoweramp to rip some of my cd collection however, I have hit a snag a step 1...........

Hopefully you can see the screenshots showing that the rip has failed. I have tried with several different discs, but with the same result. I am using a Samsung external drive and a Microsoft Surface Pro 3 running Windows 10.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks for your help.

    Regards Steve

Try setting the ripping method to Burst, does that work?

Try right click on dBpoweramp icon (on the desktop) >> Run as Administrator
