Same for converter. Please help!
Did you install the registered version, when you purchased (see email received when purchased for details) or did you just install the trial version and then the beta version?
I licensed R16 then installed a handful of betas as problems and enhancements released. It worked fine on old MacBook then I Time Machined to new MacBook Touchbar and first time using dbP on new machine.

For the Windows version you download the registered version from the Registration Retrieval web page, after entering your Order Number (found in purchase email): Registration Retrieval
I assume it is the same for the Apple version, but as I am a Windows user I am not entirely sure.
(please do not post your Order Number in this thread)

I did that with R16 on old MacBook. Are saying uninstall R16.2 Beta 6 and download R16.2 and install then install latest Beta on new MacBook?
R16.2 beta has now expired, you should visit this link:
http://www.dbpoweramp.com/registration/
and install R16.2 full release (reference registered).

So to tag onto this. I was using the trial and it ran out. I paid for the full version. It pulled the money from my account but I haven't received my email as of yet. How long does it typically take to get?
Already answered by email.
