Offer to Go from R16 for Windows to R16 for Mac (Family Pack)

Hi. I have R16 Family Pack for Windows. I have an offer to go to R16 Family Pack for Mac for $34. I have just two questions:

1. Does the Mac version have any lesser capabilities? For example, does the Mac version contain an earlier version of the Reference software, FLAC drivers, etc.?

2. Is there a way to migrate my settings from the Windows version to the Mac version, including offsets, drive configuration, etc.?

Yes, currently the Mac version has less features.
