everything went double... had to destroy instances and redo them

I am using Asset R6 beta 5 on an iMac to feed files to a Moon Mind180.

This evening for no apparent reason all the albums I was trying to play for the iMac using Asset had all tracks doubled (i.e. 2x track 1; 2x track 2 etc). This did not seem to affect the individual tracks filed under an artist from V/A albums.

The I went into "configure" nothing seemed to save so I ended up having to destroy the two instances I run switch the iMac off and reboot. Then i rebuilt my two instances and everything seems to be working normally.

Most strange.
Has this happened to anyone else?
Any hypotheses as to what happened?

Try installing R6 the release version, it is now out of beta testing.
