After registering, does the trial version automatically convert to the registered?

Hello,

I just registered DB Poweramp. I spent a lot of time configuring the trial version as per the help notes etc. After registering now, when I open the program, it still shows "Registration status: Unregistered Trial (6 days remain)". Do I have to download the registered version from my purchase link? And if I do so, will I lose all of my settings?

You would install the registered version from your email receipt.
