i notice there is two ways to tag either click edit id tag or click properties and then click on id-tag which way is more suitable?

Editing is much easier using the standalone Edit ID-Tag because the editing window is larger than the Properties dialog. As a (minor) bonus, you save a click.

I wish dbpoweramp would make a alternative tag like mp3tag cause their tag editing isn't as good as mp3tag is.

We did, the program is called PerfectTUNES, a specific ID Tagger program.
