    Batchconverter won’t recognize Android phone

    Windows 10 recognizes an Android phone connected by USB. In Windows, I can drag and drop files to the phone. But Batchconver says the phone isn’t there when I try to use it as the destination for batch conversions. How Can I make it convert and copy from the computer to a folder on the phone and to a folder on the phone’s Micro SD card? Thanks.

    Just to clarify, when I select the Android Music folder, Batchconverter says, &*8220;Music The folder name is not valid.&*8221;

      Does the MicroSD have a drive letter?

        An exact error message or screenshot might help, here.

          No. It is listed as V30, which is the phone model.
