    Suddenly unable to access discogs, gd3 , musicbrainz or freedb in Reference R16.2

    Hi,

    My Registration status is "dBpoweramp Reference R16.2 (Single PC)" on 64 bit,Windows 10.
    I have installed this Registered dBpoweramp Reference R16, Single PC [Windows] since Sep 8,2017 and used it very well for almost a month. Just now I have a problem in CD Ripper that suddenly I am unable to access discogs, gd3 , musicbrainz or freedb, all is greyed out in the Review Pertectmeta Matches page in my version dBpoweramp 16.2. I don't know what I do anything wrong.
    So I have tried to re-install dBpoweramp Reference R16.2 in order to reset it but the problem is still there. How to solve this problem. Please help.

    Hi,
    I am use dBpoweramp Reference R16.2 (Family Pack) and I have the same problem :-(

      Which security softwares are you using?

      Check your software is not blocking dBpoweramp (including firewall).
