Is it possible with rule based manipulation to add bitdepth and kHz to the Album tag?

Not with the ID Tag Update utility codec, rule based manipulation. You can with MP3Tag, though.

Combination of MP3Tag and dBpowerAmp worked great. Moving through my tagging like a hot knife through butter now
