Migrating DBPowerAmp CD Ripper and convertor R14 to new computer

I plan on purchasing a 2nd laptop and would like DBPowerAmp CD Ripper and file conveter to be installed on this new computer.

I have an executable dMC-R14.4-Ref-Registered. Will this work or will I have to go to the download link for R14 on your website? what steps must I take after I do the download and install?
